Summer Rising

For students registered for summer school:  
You will receive an email this week informing you that you have been registered for summer school at Edward R. Murrow High School.  
  • Summer school program will be available on Pupilpath by Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

  • COVID testing consent form must be completed by all students prior to coming to summer school. If you completed this form during the regular school year, no new consent form is needed. If needed, you can fill out the consent form online by accessing your NYCSA account – go to this link(If you don’t have a parent NYCSA account yet, you should create one – you will be kept updated on important information from the DOE).  Further information can be found here:  
  • Summer School classes begin on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. If you are scheduled to retake a class that you previously did not pass, you will be scheduled to attend in person classes on M-F from July 6th- August 13th. These classes will be in-person courses. 
  • NX course completion (courses that ends with the letters “NX” in the code): Students will be assigned at least one day to come in each week to receive in person supports while you are completing your coursework using the Edmentum online platform (for most classes). Please see your summer schedule on Pupilpath for more details.   
  • In-person support and in-person class time will be scheduled for all courses and NX course completion.  Please see your summer schedule on Pupilpath for more details. 
  • NYC DOE Health Screening Survey must be completed each day by all students before entering the building.
