Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year, Murrow!
Classes begin on September 7, 2023 and we will be following the Thursday schedule. Here are some important things to know for September 7, 2023:
- Program – All student programs will be emailed to student NYC DOE accounts on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Once you access your program, please print out a copy or take a screen shot of it to bring with you on September 7, 2023. You will need a copy of your program when you enter the building. Students who do NOT have access to their NYC DOE account can come in person on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 10:00am to 12:00pm to receive a printed copy of their program. To be clear, September 6 is NOT a school day. We will only give programs to students who do not have access to their NYC DOE accounts.
- ID Card – All students must bring their ID card to school each day. You will be asked to show your Murrow student ID and a copy of your program to enter the building.
- We will be following the regular Thursday schedule – If you have an A-Band class (period 1), class begins at 7:45am. If your first class starts B-Band (period 2), your day will begin at 8:33am.
Staff members will be available outside at entry to assist students on September 7, 2023.
Metrocards will be distributed during B-Band class on Thursday, September 7, 2023.
