On May 29th, 2026, The Art Institute of Murrow will be hosting its final exhibition at The Boiler Gallery, supported by The Elm Foundation in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Graduating seniors will be exhibiting their work, curated by the students themselves. There will be refreshments, merch, music, and most importantly- ART! This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome.
This year, the theme of the exhibition is Homage. The word Homage refers to a public display of respect, honor, or dedication toward someone or something. It can be a simple gesture, an expression of esteem, or an artistic tribute (such as a movie, song, book, or in this case- a work of art) created to recognize an influence or inspiration to the artist.
Please join us on opening night where attendees can view the work and celebrate the accomplishments of the Senior class of 2026!
Where: The Boiler Gallery @ The Elm Foundation, 191 N 14th St Brooklyn NY 11249
When: May 29th, 4-7pm (Opening Night)
Cost: Free!
The exhibition will be on display until June 5th, 2026, but the main opening is on May 29th, 2026. That is the best time to come if you would like to meet the artists. If you have never been to a gallery opening, it is essentially a party with all the artists, friends, and family to celebrate the artists and their work. Come! Invite whoever you wish. Party attire is suggested but not required :) See you there!
