In order to try out for any sport, students must have their parent/guardian sign the parent consent form and submit the medical form to their health care provider to be signed, dated and stamped. These forms MUST be submitted prior to tryouts. STUDENTS CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY PSAL SPORTS WITHOUT THESE 2 FORMS COMPLETED IN PEN. These forms cannot be submitted electronically. They must be submitted to the coach or athletic director. The links for the forms are below:

BOYS Varsity Soccer Tryouts: August 17- Sept 4 every day at 8AM @ Calvert Park Email Coach Blatt for questions at [email protected]. The class code for the Google Classroom for the Boys Soccer Team is gtohb2yd

GIRLS Varsity Soccer Tryouts: August 17- 22nd every day at 10AM @ Marine Park by the bike rentals. Email Coach Baio at [email protected]

Girls Varsity Cross Country Tryouts: August 18 outside Murrow entrance on E 17th street. August 19-21, Aug 25 & 26 from 10-12pm @ Prospect Park. The google classroom code for the team is dh6kiyl. Join for updates.

Girls Varsity Volleyball Tryouts: Incoming Freshmen Sept 3 & 4 from 9-12pm at Edward R. Murrow H.S in GYM 3A. Sept 11 3-6pm Gym 3A Final Tryout Contact Coach Mack for questions [email protected].

For Girls Swimming & Girls Tennis: Please contact the athletic director at Lincoln H.S for tryout dates and other information.

If you are trying out for a fall sport that begins in August, you will need to bring these forms and give them directly to the coach when you go to the tryout. All other tryouts you can either bring the forms to the coach or submit them to me in room 192.
