In order to try out for any sport, students must have their parent/guardian sign the parent consent form and submit the medical form to their health care provider to be signed, dated and stamped. These forms MUST be submitted prior to tryouts. STUDENTS CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY PSAL SPORTS WITHOUT THESE 2 FORMS COMPLETED IN PEN. These forms cannot be submitted electronically. They must be submitted to the coach or athletic director. The links for the forms are below:

BOYS Varsity Soccer Tryouts: August 18- 22nd every day at 9AM @ Marine Park

GIRLS Varsity Soccer Tryouts: August 18- 22nd every day at 9AM @ Marine Park by the bike rentals.

Girls Varsity Cross Country Tryouts: August 19-21st from 10-12pm @ Prospect Park. The google classroom code for the team is dh6kiyl. Join for updates.

Girls Varsity Volleyball Tryouts: TWO DATES: August 26th & August 28th from 9-11am at Edward R. Murrow H.S in GYM 3A.

Boys Badminton: Early September TBD

Boys Bowling: Early September TBD

ALL ACCESS PROGRAM SPORTS
JV & Varsity Football: ALL ACCESS Program -@ William E. Grady H.S- beginning July 14th at 11:00am at Grady. For more information contact Coach Jashyn at [email protected] or call 718-332-5000 ext 2500.

For Girls Swimming & Girls Tennis: Please contact the athletic director at Lincoln H.S for tryout dates.

If you are trying out for a fall sport that begins in August, you will need to bring these forms and give them directly to the coach when you go to the tryout. All other tryouts you can either bring the forms to the coach or submit them to me in room 192.
