Marking Period 1 Report Cards will be given to students on Thursday, March 19, 2026 during B-Band.
Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Wednesday evening, March 18th (5:00pm-7:30pm) by phone and Thursday afternoon, March 19th (12:50pm-2:50pm) by phone. 
Friday, March 20 - No School

Our Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held remotely on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 (5:00–7:30 p.m.) and Thursday, March 19, 2026 (12:50–2:50 p.m.)

Murrow will be hosting a CTE Open House Event for current students in the VE/Entrepreneurship, Music Technology, and Film & Digital Media programs, as well as students interested in joining any of these programs. We invite current students to bring along their families to visit the studios and facilities and help share information about the program with prospective students.

The 50th anniversary open house that was scheduled for Sunday November 9, 2025 has been postponed due to scheduling conflicts. A new date will be announced TBD, stay tuned!

The application to the Writers' Institute is now open to all 9th graders! The Writers' Institute @ Edward R. Murrow High School is a screened sequence of English courses with a focus on writing and creative writing. The Writers' Institute classes are not electives; they are core English classes. Students who are accepted will be invited to a special event in the Spring to welcome them into the program. Please apply by Monday, February 23.
